I went here to get a state inspection and oil change. They said they couldn't look at my car until after the weekend. I dropped my car off Monday night like they said and set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tuesday arrives and at 1 they have yet to even look at my vehicle and while I just asked about the status they were not friendly just 100% rude. I was without a vehicle for 2 days for nothing. What's the point of an appointment if it isn't kept?
Don't go to D&T automotive. The first time I went to this establishment I wasnt greeted. One of the co-owners was sitting behind the desk & just stared at me. After an awkward moment, I told him I needed a quote on a few things and I also had a tire stem leak I would like to get fixed that day if possible. After recieving a quote, which was about $100 more than what I wound up paying at another establishment, I asked him to pull my car into the shop & check the tire stem.
