Glad they are closing front desk people are useless at giving information what clinic would have all pediatric doctors on vacation at the same time smh it’s ridiculous and so unprofessional and unacceptable
Good thing they are closing the workers here care about no one besides there pay check. They had my medication sent it back to the pharmacy never notified me so I’m without medication . Literally blood pressure medication. Ridiculous. Hopefully they don’t rehire some of these lazy desk people medication person who was never at her desk .
Horrible service. Got screened for my pain and congestion symptoms then was sent inside. Waited for awhile only to be told that no one could see me because I had too many covid symptoms and to wait in my car for a test and email registration. Turns out there is no call center registration for a repeat negative covid test and they just gave me the run around. So much for the doctors pledge to do no harm. Never coming back here. Spent 6 hours on hold yesterday. No one ended up speaking to me and was left on hold after they closed. It’s ridiculous and Really sad. I used to love this place.
