Made an appointment with this office, did all my paperwork online with my reasons for visiting a month in advance. Took time off work and showed up on time just to be told Dr. Cohen would not be taking me as a patient. They had a month to call me and tell me to find someone else, but waited til I was at their office for my appointment. No qualifying questions were asked, just a no.
