Great service
We ran into a bind on a Friday afternoon at a job we were working at. Needed to replace a well jet pump for a customer so they could have water for the weekend. Called and described what I needed and they had it in stock. I went to the Willimantic branch and went over my situation again with the salesman, showed them pictures and walked out with a $800 pump. Do not do business with this company and I am speaking of the WIllimantic, CT location. They ripped me off. My plumber called in an order for a water tank and related materials. The guy sees me drive in with a nice car and jacked the price up by about $300. I was in a bind and really wasn't in a position to shop elsewhere. My plumber called to complain and the guy lied about "getting in trouble" if he refunded me the overcharge when the fact is he owns the shop. I would never do business with them again.
