I brought a Waverunner with a minor issue to D and S Marine in March. Doug, the owner stated it would take less than 2 weeks and was a simple fix. From March to October I called over 25 times asking about the status. I was lied to every time. Every time they would say, next week, maybe tomorrow, or just finishing it up now.
