If I could leave 0 stars I would. Put my car in to be diagnosed by these guys and was in for a few days. Gave me a diagnosis, But told me they could not do the fix as new part would need coded in. I then took my car to a dealer and got a new part fitted and coded, It made no change at all. Went back to DSM to tell them about the mis-diagnosis and they told me it was only a "suspected diagnosis". I am now over a thousand pound out of pocket and no further along in getting my car fixed. Had my top dash and glovebox replaced in an SLK this week, which had been destroyed, clawed to bits, by a previous owners dog which sat in the passenger seat, apparently. Who would let ther dog do that to their car?!! Crazy! Was struggling to find someone to do it and these guys were recommended. Was no problem for them, did a brilliant job at a great price. Looks great now. Very happy with their work. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Glen and your crew.
