Called last week to explain I had an issue with my Jeep radio turning off and on and to ask if someone could have a look at it to give me a quote to have it fixed. I don’t live locally so I asked if it would be ok to sit and wait while they did this. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Put my car in to be diagnosed by these guys and was in for a few days. Gave me a diagnosis, But told me they could not do the fix as new part would need coded in. I then took my car to a dealer and got a new part fitted and coded, It made no change at all. Went back to DSM to tell them about the mis-diagnosis and they told me it was only a "suspected diagnosis". I am now over a thousand pound out of pocket and no further along in getting my car fixed.
