Poor response and expensive not friendly at all have used in the past but no more ever call Hawkins they are good and priced fair open more hours
Told me to be there Monday morning at 9 AM when they open. Left at 9:15 and came back at 9:30 and still no one there. I was a small business owner and never would I do that to anyone.
I needed my house locks re-keyed. I called Monday morning, they came out the same day and had it done in like 20 minutes. I really appreciate their fast service & professionalism
Professional service at a great price. Took them my motorcycle switch with a key broken in it. They removed the broken key and made me two keys for less than 50 bucks and in just two days time they were finished
Answered all questions, even though our request was something they could not do. We would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services. Returned phone call, very polite, explained options.
