My brother hired him to remove my leaves before Thanksgiving since my dad had surgery, I was caring for him and I was hosting Thanksgiving for the family. Yes, I have an awesome brother! But Mr Shafer showed up 3.5 hours late the first day stating family issues. Ok...understand. He was to clean the leaves off the gutter guards, blow the leaves from the flowerbeds and the yard.
