Cannot award any stars ( although this app won't allow you to post unless you do), as Dale failed to show up. Booked in more than a week ahead to have leaking taps fixed. Explained that we would be travelling from Corowa to Shepparton to meet him on the arranged date, which we did. Waited at the unit until 9 am, and then sent a message enquiring about an estimated time he would arrive to fix the leak issues. He was swamped when I rang but helpfully offered, when asked, for an approximate number without a physical quote.that was really helpful but he doesn't seem like he likes nonsense.i felt I really needed to know exactly what I was after but let me say, it was a hot hot hot day when i rang him🙂
