Not much to say, they had my parts, all is well.
Dave in service helped me , out while I was traveling through Oregon. Wouldn’t start , and of course I thought it was some major problem. Turns out just a bad connection on the battery, wrong screw. He put a new screw in , and started right up . Saw me right away, really great guy and really great service!!!!
I'm from florida, traveling the US on vacation. My Roadglide broke down in Cave Junction OR, clutch cable broke... David and his staff helped me find a great towing company and got my bike fixed in 1 day. What great people. The price was fair, excellent customer service and a nice clean Harley store too.
When my older Heritage broke down in Grants Pass, I contacted D & S Harley-Davidson. Their staff and especially the owner, Terri, made we aware that D & S were going to take care of me. I traded in my 2006 Heritage on a 2018 Heritage, and within a day, D & S had the 2018 fully serviced and inspected for my 2,000 plus journey. D & S supported me every inch of the way - gave me a lift to my hotel, pointed out places to eat. And the service manager later called me to inquire if all had gone well with the bike.
