This husband and wife duo is a wedding dream team! Words can describe my gratitude for Scott and his lovely wife Dorothy who were so helpful in making our special day perfect!!! The flowers were made to order and were gorgeous!! Scott offers many options for wedding planning such as Dj services, photography and more making this a one stop shop. Dorothy and Scott helped to make my wedding as beautiful as I imagined. They were so helpful in planning my arrangements and had a great portfolio to show so we could get ideas for what we wanted. They communicated with us throughout the planning process and were always quick to reply to any messages we sent. They delivered the flowers on time and efficiently and went through each item with us. Home Town Floral is now my go-to florist! Thank you!!
Pros: available on UberEats for quick delivery. Good customer service on the phone. My grandmother liked them. Cons: the bouquet didn’t look as full as the sample photo. It was $75.
I had one of the best customer experiences today from D&S. I ordered a last minute summer bouquet for my loving step-mom and the gentleman on the phone was so warm and personable. I then received a personal text with a 360 degree view of the arrangement. It was amazing! Thank you for making her Birthday special.
I received the flowers and was very thankful but was unsettled hearing the story my spouse told me about the shop. Completely rushed him and asked him what he wanted to spend a million times. He told me he wanted to look at the flowers and pick the ones just right for me, regardless of the price. Work on customer service and not just for the same people you see everyday. The goal is to get DIFFERENT people to come back. Anyway love my flowers but Bobs next time.
