I've just deleted my extremely detailed review of how awful my experiences have been with Chaney Properties. Please note: I don't and never have rented from them. I'm a direct next door neighbor to one of their tenants. Back when I worked for Lee Comer at the Iron Hen, when Dawn Chaney was her (quote) 'mentor', I heard about how irresponsible this company is regarding tenant rights, unlawfully keeping deposit money, entering occupied properties without notice, allowing issues like leaking pipes to be ignored/downplayed...the... read more
I just wanna thank the good people at Chaney properties I’ve been renting for the last 3 1/2 years and no matter what has taken place in my own personal life they always looked at me like a human being and not just a payday! Thank you for always being clear with me and when anything goes wrong in the house it’s instantly taken care of. If anyone is looking to stay long in Greensboro and rent a quality spot I recommend Chaney properties.
I’ve been renting from Chaney Properties for right at about a year now and the staff has been wonderful. Just like any apartment my place has needed a few fixes here and there and they’ve always taken care of everything within a week. Ellie and Amy are so kind whenever I go to the office
They have their parking lot misrepresented downtown Greensboro with no proper signage. I had to pay $700 to get my car and my clients car towed I work downtown. Why not just give us a ticket from the city? It’s inside of a public parking area. Trash
