We waited 5 weeks without hearing from him directly as the car owners. I called a few times, as well as my husband. I am 34 weeks pregnant and needed to have my vehicle fixed or at least inspected and tested to know if I should buy a new vehicle before I go into labor. He never called me or my husband back and would only talk to 3rd party if they showed up at his shop. My car never left the spot we dropped it off to for 5 whole weeks.
