My experience with Olenders, and Jared specifically, was tremendous. Clear communication on the timeline, headlight and bumper came out fantastic, and he helped facilitate the Enterprise rental return. Very refreshing experience during a generally stressful process. Will definitely return if I need any other work done in the future and recommend them to anyone I know.
Excellent craftmanship, professional through and through. Expedient. No matter if you need big or small repairs, they treat you and your car, like an A list member. I had only went to them because of my insurance referred me for a car repair. And am very satisfied with the work and customer service. I highly recommend Olenders of Columbia.

I recently had my truck repaired at Olenders and the entire process was so easy. They dealt with the insurance company, contacted the rental car company, but most importantly; they did a fantastic job! Absolute Scammers! they are trying to charge $7,000 on a bumper is insane they take advantage of people and just nasty, they have no respect all they want is money
