Straight forward, honest. We had some additional issues we didn’t know were going on with the car and he was able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution while working within our budget.
Absolutely stellar experience! Not only was the work done in front of my house, but he got it done within a couple of days. Even with the house call fee, this was incredibly reasonable!
Needed a repair but had no way to tow it in; came to my house and diagnosed the problem, ran back for a part then returned and fixed the issue. Would recommend for any gas powered vehicle repairs
My son was stuck at a job site, 2 hours from home and his car wouldn't start. We were pretty sure it was the alternator and David was able to get to the job site, diagnose the problem and fix it before the work day was done. It is now June 13th and the alternator just went out again. We are not close to where it went out originally and Dave worked with us to get the warranty figured out to get it replaced again.
