Sent an email 3 weeks ago for a quote for tinting and paint protection. Still waiting. Disgraceful customer service. Went to Elite Finish instead. Business must be real good cos they certainly sure as eggs didn't want mine!
Well what i waste of time. Waited two days after being delayed on the first booking fair enough. The next day no show at 9.30 the time booked. I had to call them at 11.10 to be told they are on the way to a car dealership, and when they find out how much work they have, they would ring with a time. Well thanks Paul it's now 4.30 and I have still heard nothing. Great customer service and nothing but a let down. Two days I have wasted. Believe me there wont be a third.
