I took my 18-year-old cat and to have her put to sleep. They said they were going to give her a little medicine to relax her and then they called me back so we could spend her last moments together. Unfortunately which was very upsetting they said they gave her too much medication accidentally putting her to sleep without me being there. I left and have never been back again and would not recommend them
