I called to get an estimated price to just diagnose my AC that was freezing up. Liz was so helpful, not only did she give me what I asked for but she gave me advice that I didn't know I needed. Even if I chose to go somewhere else she wanted to make sure I had the knowledge to make an educated guess. I called her back a couple days later to schedule the diagnoses.
