Excellent service. Showed up when they said they would. Great communication, incredibly helpful and quick. Brian even tightened up our thermostat!
This company worked on my neighbor’s property, and in the process had to take up some of the black top on the road in front of our new driveway. While doing the work, the company used our driveway as a dumping ground for all of their material and waste without asking us or at least putting a tarp down, leaving our driveway damaged and abandoning the waste material while also failing to properly repair the road that they had to dig up during the process. D. Rohde came to analyze problems with our HVAC - there were multiple visits and multiple attempts to correct a complex issue. (Another company JSP had already come and incorrectly identified the problem as well as quoted an astronomical price to fix a wire.) my AC stopped working in the middle of the recent heat wave. eek. Brian came out and was great- explained everything to me and patiently answered my questions. He was courteous and professional-- didn't try to 'sell me anything' -- and set me up to have a leak test performed. They have my strong recommendation.
