D. Rohde came to analyze problems with our HVAC - there were multiple visits and multiple attempts to correct a complex issue. (Another company JSP had already come and incorrectly identified the problem as well as quoted an astronomical price to fix a wire.) my AC stopped working in the middle of the recent heat wave. eek. Brian came out and was great- explained everything to me and patiently answered my questions. He was courteous and professional-- didn't try to 'sell me anything' -- and set me up to have a leak test performed. They have my strong recommendation.
Brian came in today to fix our entire heating and repair leaks and he was very professional and very thorough in explaining the situation. Highly recommend
