Very helpfull great family business
Friendly knowledgeable staff, great selection of stoves, burners and accessories
Absolutely brilliant service. We bought our stove here at a better price than anywhere on line. The installation (which required chimney lining and significant fireplace alterations) by Matthew Roberts was superb: he is truly a master of many skills (plastering, carpentry, metalwork) and the final finish showed meticulous attention to detail. Matthew is truly a “can do” person. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Roberts Heating in general. Thank you so much, we are delighted with our new wood-burner.
Rang today in a flap because the glass had broken in our log burner. The gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining dimensions and requirements for the glass. They had a panel in stock that should fit so I took the broken glass, matched it up with the new one and hey presto. Very reasonable price and took me 2 mins to install it into place. Thankyou for your help, would definitely recommend, great service.
