I worked for this company and by far the employees are the worst. You can trust the residents more than you trust your co-workers. SOME of the managers are undercover sneaks, they talk about one another and than sit in their face and talk with them. I'm glad I quit before something happened in that place. The company DO NOT care about their employees or their health.
First off, for a "government run program" or whatever you want to call this place, the lack of information is uncanny. No webpage, no informational page, and a link to an environmental group on their Facebook page. You would think that when sending addicts to this mandatory stay, you would ensure drugs are not accessible, and it would be run a little more strict. But, I guess this is the quality we have come to expect from centers like this. Absolutely shameful.
