Phil was wonderful to work with! He was able to answer most of our questions on the spot, and got back to us within an hour of our showing with answers to our other questions. He also did a great job of selling the idea of each apartment to us because he knew the space and the area so well. After working with quite a few Boston realtors, Phil was far and away our best experience and I would 100% work with him again.

Phil was exceptionally helpful and accommodating with our apartment search in the Boston area. He really went the extra mile to ensure we could find a place that we loved. He made the apartment hunting and viewing process as smooth as possible and I would highly recommend working with him for anyone looking to rent in the area.
Phil was an amazing agent to work with: very professional, kind, communicative, trustful, and understandable of the client’s needs. He explained to me all the important things regarding housing that someone new in Boston should know about in a great detail, which was great for someone trying to find a new apartment as soon as possible. He also tried to make the leasing process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend collaborating with him.
10/10 would recommend working with Phil. He was patient, prompt, and very informative! He showed my roommate and I some great units, and gave us all the info he could on the property and management. We felt genuinely informed, listened to, and did not feel rushed when making decisions. Hope to work with him again in the future!
