Do not waste your time calling these people. Three weeks my renter waited for them to show up to do an easy job. Finally I called them back and they told us they would be there that day and guess what they didn’t show. I had previously had them do a job for me, and it took them forever to get it done. I am not surprised that they have so many bad reviews.

Lied saying they showed up when they didn't saying they knocked at the back door and we was at the house the whole time and then he said he walked in which he didn't and said he plunged the toilet after saying no one answered the door and said it worked fine. good luck getting out of this D&R

They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and kept our project going! Great to work with. Don’t bother calling anyone else.

Terrible company! After being left on a "list" for 3 weeks, (multiple callbacks did no good) had to call 20 times in the mid morning on a Tuesday to get them to pick up the phone (destination voicemail was full) at which point I was told the plumber was on a big job that was more important than mine. I was lied to and strung along, led to believe I would recieve a call any day to get an appointment only to be told "the big job would be completed this week, so they won't be resuming other jobs until next week" Steer clear of ... read more
