Great facility to work in
Worked here for 18 months. Was told that i qualified for $2100 of profit sharing 2 months before i left but that it would be prorated if i left before 2 years. Once i left a deposit of $189 was put into my bank for profit sharing.. so 75% of required time means they are going to keep 90% of the money they gave you.. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE TO ANYONE.
Great company for a lot of reasons. Their work is always perfect! The staff is friendly and attentive.
Great people, professional facility! Ive toured the D&R facility myself and was impressed with their capabilities & dedication to using clean renewable energy to boot. D&R assisted the SIUE solar car team with a very complex machining job on hubs & spindles and the result was awesome.
