Checked A/C, ensured smooth summer operation.
After another company struggled with the dismantlement, leaving me uncertain, this technician methodically broke down the A/C system in about an hour while explaining each step, which offered clarity and reassurance. Comparing both experiences, it was clear that this approach balanced efficiency with informed communication.
The repair took about three hours, which seemed reasonable for the complexity of the ventilated ceiling work, but I was slightly disappointed when they didn't clean up the dust thoroughly afterward. Overall, the issue with uneven airflow has been resolved effectively.
Our air conditioner stopped cooling properly, and unlike the previous technician who misdiagnosed the issue, this time it turned out to be a faulty capacitor which they replaced quickly. The entire repair took about an hour, and they also checked to ensure there were no additional issues with airflow.
When my air conditioner started acting up, their quick response and thorough repair saved the day. The technician explained everything clearly and had it running smoothly in just over an hour.
