Took delivery charge and refused to deliver it to base. Unbeknownst to me, they overfilled the vase in the parking lot where I had to meet the driver and soaked the box it was in, causing the sugar water to soak into my chair and stain the cushion.
Great customer service. Very reliable. Beautiful plant, delivered on time.
I placed a premium order on-line and this is what I received. Not happy at all for the price
