with Dr contracting, I had many cost and building disputes. A large unexpected bill came at the end of construction. The job took much longer than expected, and is still incomplete 4 years after the start date. Final occupancy is still pending, as numerous building code violations still exist. Since his abandonment of the project, I am forced to undertake expensive remediation of potentially serious structural issues. A prolonged litigation process is still ongoing.
Daves a great guy and does quality work for a good price. Built our house in Gwinn 20 years ago and we are going with him to build our new cabin. Highly recommend.
He has done work for me and several of MY friends. Great price, great work. Highly recommended. Build my house, added an addition, built a garage, deck, kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
Don't be fooled...any positive reviews are either friends or fakes. This is how Dave covers up for poor reviews that illustrate his poor craftsmanship.
