I went in for an inspection to find out why my alignment was so off and they had no idea the root cause and said it could be a number of things. They charged me 140 bucks for an inspection and didn’t give me a straight answer. I went to a different shop a few days later and they instantly knew after 10 mins of looking at it that the control arm was the problem and they charged me nothing for the inspection! I’m not sure if D and R just isn’t thorough enough or if they are not qualified enough. I have asked for a refund since... read more
