Dr. Cromwell is a great therapist, he has been working with my son since Oct 2023. He always ask if there's anything new he should address at each visit that he needs to address. The office is very nice and relaxing. He has created a specific therapy plan for my son and he is doing much better with coping loss of family members, daily behaviors, over use of video games,and being accountable for his actions.We will continue to see Dr. Cromwell as my son continues to grow, and deals with other issues to come such as peer press... read more

This experience was nothing short of awful. When we had our consultation on the call it was great. However shortly after that I saw he was just for the money. It’s was very common for him to say our sessions would be at a certain time and be extremely late (more than 1 hr late) or just not show up at all. I have severe anxiety so that was a big trigger. He would never reach out to notify me of that or even offered and apology. When I bought it to his attention he would it ignore it or “okay and”. Neither he had remorse about... read more
