I called this body shop on the Tuesday before New Years. No one answered the phone so I left a message thinking I would get a call back the same day. I live on Main Street in town and someone hit my left view door mirror. I needed an estimate. This estimate would not have taken more than 5 or 10 minutes to do. He finally called me Thursday morning. He said he could do the estimate that afternoon. I told him that I had an appointment that afternoon and asked if he could do it Friday, anytime Friday.
