Not usually one to leave a review but making an exception today. The gentlemen I dealt with at the front desk was quite pleasant so the one star is for that guy. The negative 4 stars is for the service manager who was very ignorant on the phone. I hope, for the sake of everyone who deals with this person that he's not like this everyday...
