Hello D Powell team! I just wanted to say thank you so much for your excellent customer service in this last week – from Molly being so responsive when we first spoke, to Liam and Leon last Friday identifying what was causing the ear splitting squealing in the water pipes that was keeping us awake at night, and to the gentleman who came out yesterday morning at short notice – thanks to Molly – to fit the replacement part in the kitchen hot tap. Really top notch service on every level. So thank you so much...just brilliant!
Very pleased with the work that the team at D Powell have just done for us. Oil fired range and immersion tank taken out. A combi boiler, new piping and radiator installed. All done professionally, tidily, with minimum fuss and at a competitive price. Highly recommended.
Our toilet needed replacing due to wear and tear. We are very pleased with our new toilet. The service was excellent and efficient.
Craig from D Powell plumbing came to sort a number of issues for us. We were very impressed and he was very proffesional.
Powells were amazing !! Last Friday 21/6/24 I had a call from my elderly aunt's carers (she's 98!!!) To say her kitchen tap wouldn't turn off , I live in Lincolnshire so wasn't nearby to help I phoned Powells and they went out within 30 minutes!!! They were great with my aunty and put a new tap in,I can't praise them enough.
