This place sets the bar HIGH. They consider your [car] problems their [car] problems and treat them as such - with honesty, kindness and going above and beyond. It's very refreshing and is exactly why I choose them when it comes to my car.
Worst experience ever. Its been over 90 days and still haven't gotten our vehicle completely fixed. They have had to order parts more than once and we keep being told we will receive a call when they come in, but never hear from someone. Three weeks ago my wife spoke with Forrest who told her he would check on parts and contact her back, but we haven't heard from him. This has happened multiple times. Love this place. Eric and Greg are both fantastic and friendly. Evey thing I have ever needed, they have done and surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend.
So I was on my way to do some backpacking with my 90lb dog and my tire light came on. (It's also D-Pat Tire and Auto Care) Just so happens I noticed this place within 3 minutes and they immediately worked me in! Eric was so amazing, fixed my issue and even multiple times told me that me AND my dog could wait inside! Cherry def enjoyed the attention of some of the service department! Customer service at its best! Thank you!!!
