Kim came and cleaned our dryer vents. He was extremely professional, kind, and did amazing work. He was very fairly priced and not only did great work but his customer service was excellent. I called in and spoke to a gentleman here. He was very rude and very disrespectful and hung up on my face after calling me racial slurs that is not how people are supposed to treat other people at a company. He is definitely a racist.
