TERRIBLE customer service.
Unsafe lift was rented to us. We got the 45' Genie. The bucket really rattled around, which we eventually realized was due to old bolts with at least a quarter inch gap of play between the nuts and the bucket (of which four of these are what holds the bucket to the arm). Sleeves in the hydraulic arm were worn out as there was a LOT of play in that joint. You expect the thing to move and sway and rock, but as ONE unit, not everything rattling independently! I have purchased many pieces of equipment off DP- a 18 foot open trailer, 7x14 dump trailer and also two of there Lawnworld commerical grade mowers. All are very well built and worth the money spent. If your looking for a new piece of equipment give Bob a call or stop in and he'll get you taken care of.
