Great experience all around!
After two prior experience I rated Carlos with Five Stars. This time I brought the car in and he was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. After he put the car on the lift, he diddled on the oil leak for a half hour and then said he would call with an estimate. He would not say what was broken. He never called nor answered my calls. My husband went down to ask and he actually told him he would have to put it up on the lift and look at it. What? So unprofessional. Never again. Unreliable and very unlikable.
