Very rude
Very rude when placing a will call order.... they never say bye, or thank you, or even read back the order you just place to make sure they have it right.... after I say" and that will complete my order" I get " it will be ready after 10" slams the phone down..... A little kindness goes a long way, and I will call Hams next time, I can place an order by 8 AM and get it delivered same day.....
Horrible customer service. Wanted to change my vendor but wasn't helped so they lost a customer. Would have been a rather large account but they couldn't even provide me with a price list. All the other vendors like Y. Hata, Y. Fukunaga and Sysco all were much more helpful. I'd try them instead if searching for a distributor or vendor.
