Very rude
Very rude when placing a will call order.... they never say bye, or thank you, or even read back the order you just place to make sure they have it right.... after I say" and that will complete my order" I get " it will be ready after 10" slams the phone down..... A little kindness goes a long way, and I will call Hams next time, I can place an order by 8 AM and get it delivered same day.....
