I have used D&S since 1991. They are very reasonable and a great company. Recently they came and solved a problem with my system that I was about to give up on. Mark, I believe was the service person’s name, worked until he found a solution to my problem. He could have tried to sell me an updated system but he worked until he found a solution Excellent t service!

Alarm alert on system indicating abnormality going off for a week, asked for manual, sent link by company that was not usable. Then advised to download manual for system and this time was able to find manual but still could not stop alarm alert from going off pretty much ever minute of the day 24/7. Emailed and was told to contact office Monday. I tried to change batteries on system but still did not stop the alarm alert. Did a great job repairing and resetting the alarm in my house. Very fair price for parts and labor. They came out the next day and finished the work in less than an hour. The technician, Mark, was courteous and professional.
