Dean Mills does work to the highest level. I recommend his homes all day
Dean built our home in Virgin. We interviewed a total of 5 general contractors and Dean came out on top. From the start of the process, all the way through to completion Dean was on top of everything. We made a move from upstate NY upon retirement. We could not have been more pleased with his attention to detail. We walked the property at the beginning, and didn't come back out until the house was completed. Everyone says building a custom home is beyond stressful but that is because they didn't work with Dean! I cannot speak highly enough about Dean and what a pleasure it has been working with him. His attention to detail, ability to recount every conversation/change, and communication skills are top notch. Dean is an exceptional builder. He has both the ability to imagine the creative design and the organization to complete a massive project with so many moving parts. His attention to detail is top notch. Communication skills unmatched to any other contractors. I’m super impressed with how fast and easy everything went from beginning stages to the end. 10/10 I highly recommend!!
