What is customer service? It is different for most but for me it is using your expertise to guide customers to the right solution quickly and easily. We have used D Martin Plumbing on other occasions and it is always the same. Prompt, courteous and caring people working hard to resolve my problem at a fair price. We called our ‘regular’ plumber as we noticed we had a leak at our main. They were booked and couldn’t could out until the following day, which we understood. We called D Martin Plumbing, Englewood Chamber member, to see if they could come sooner. They came out a couple hours later and fixed the leak right away. They also stayed while the glue dried to be sure the leak was fixed. Thank you D Martin Plumbing crew!

I recently woke up to a flooded floor thanks to a problem with my toilet. I phoned Erica and she sent a plumber right away to fix the problem. Very professional from start to finish. I called them since they are a member with the Englewood Chamber. Thanks for getting me back in "business" quickly.
