Called for an appointment as a new patient, they said they'd ask the doctor and call me back. After 2 1/2 weeks, no callback. So, I called them again to check and they said, "sorry he's not going to be able to take you." I asked why, they said he's not accepting new patients. Really!!! You didn't know that 2 1/2 wks ago? And why didn't you put me on hold 2 1/2 wks ago and ask? I would have know then, instead of having to wait 2 1/2 wks and then call you back. He does a very in-depth search of your body, but he is only looking for skin cancer. I would not have gone to him knowing he was only concerned with skin cancer when other things are right there.
