We had our initial cleaning today, and the team did an excellent job! They were very thorough, paid attention to every detail, and took the time to do things right without rushing. Everything looks spotless, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Highly recommend!
I received a cleaning on February 24th. I was told the carpet would be dry and ready for my family that was coming that on February 27th. I noticed after the cleaning that the rooms smelled awful. The one room I didn’t have clean was perfectly fine though. I really wanted this cleaning by Friday because my mom is military and was coming home from being deployed. My carpet smells terrible! I needed my carpet cleaned for a special occasion at my home and this company failed me. I called customer service so someone could either come back out to re-clean my carpet or just for a refund and I have been getting the run around. The lady says she’s calling the manager and puts me on hold for a hour then tells me they'll get back in touch with me the next day. When the next day comes i get no call back. I have called over two times. All I want is a refund! I do not recommend this company!!
We just had DMV cleaning services do a deep clean of the house. They did a phenomenal job! They were on time, professional, and reasonably priced.
