Rented for cross country trip to keep my 92 year old mother safe from covid. RV was pretty dirty. Just barely wiped down and swept. Spent 45 minutes cleaning grime from cabin driving area. Hoping to leave early, we filled the water tank to find out it wouldn't work. Called assistance to make sure that we were doing everything correctly and they did all they could and referred us back to the local dealer. Never got a call back from them D & M Trailers Plus. Rude rude rude. They must think rude is wonderful. It’s not.
Turned us away for filling our grill tanks because he said he's renting out a motor home and dont have time. Terrible customer service. Will find another location to fill our tanks! Not even friendly. They must not need business.
