Not a safe or honest shop. Go elsewhere. I bought 4 new tires. Next day after installation I noticed one lug nut was sticking way out of normal position. It was loose and held on by one thread. I looked at my front tire and saw a lug nut missing. I checked all lug nuts by hand and nearly half could be spun by fingers. I grabbed a torque wrench and found nearly all were not torqued, one lug nut was damaged and another was stripped.
