So far, This appears to be a slumlord. just moved in and the door came right off the hinges. secondly the screen door does not have a lock..... afetr comleteing a work order for the lock, with the leasing agent, the mgr staes, the screen does cannot be lcked ; the screen door on the the first floor of a building that does not lock.. !!! looking forward to filing a complaint with the city inspector, atty general, better business, and a civil case in thurston county.
