Nice friendly service but they are always very busy so it takes a while for your repair
They had our item for a few months and couldn't get to it, didn't even diagnose the problem. We called multiple times with no answer and leave would messages asking for updates and get no response. Shop is only open until 2:00. We finally picked up item and took it back un-repared. They may be good at repairs, I wouldn't know since they never got to our item. They were friendly, I'll give them that. However, I know they're unorganized, non-communicative, they need to hire more help and they need to have regular business hour... read more
