We had them work on our mowers last year… after over a month they still didn’t look at it. They doubled the price then made up a reason without asking or calling to see if we wanted to go forward… they are very bad at communicating hopefully they have gotten better in a year. . Make sure they give you a printed estimate before work is done… you will thank me later.
All I needed was three blade sharpened and zerk fittings filled with grease. I came right in they did an awesome job they even pointed out a grease fitting I had missed in the past. I would bring my zero turn mower there if something was wrong.. The whole family seems very nice... They greeted me very nicely too.
They are the best company around that works on small engines better and cheaper than any other lawnmower shop around Greeneville Morristown Newport Johnson City I love the guys that work there the owners like family they have been good to me and my family so come on out and check them out guys I promise you want go wrong with letting them work on your lawnmower weedeaters chainsaws leaf blowers 4 wheeler side by sides etc
