Talked to these people on Friday and explained my situation that my septic was full and even agreed to their outrageous charge of 490 dollars, they said they’d be out first thing Saturday morning! Got a call Saturday morning say they made a mistake because I live 46 miles away and that’s too far to drive! I’d stay away from this very unreliable and shady company!!!!!
The technician explained our septic system and told us has to improve it. He cleaned everything thoroughly and was very polite!
