I was quoted a price for an odometer repair on my 1963 Corvette, it was basically a “Speedometer” rebuild but it was only the odometer that wasn’t working. I spoke to the rep prior to sending it and paid a higher price for the expedited service, when I got it back not only did the odometer not work but the speedometer got stuck on 40. I sent a wiper motor to be rebuilt- it was sent back a month later without any indication it had even been touched. It was dirty and would not work. I returned the piece and with several telephone calls it was finally returned approximately 6 weeks later. It looked "pristine" but was missing the pump which had been attached when it was sent. I called and they couldn't find the piece. They did reimburse me $50.00 for the part they lost. I took this "pristine" looking wiper motor in for install. It did not work. Last 3 jobs have been sub par Final job was charged double & the gage came bac not wrkn Been calling for 3 wks & have not received a call back from Jack only received partial refund not correct amount & they don't care one bit Don't use them Zero customer service & they will just tell u there to busy

I sent a total of 4 gauges from a classic car (1957 Thunderbird) to DM for overhaul. These were originally sent out in the spring of 2023 and returned summer of the same year. Both the speedometer and the clock failed within weeks of delivery and I sent both back to DM for warranty repair. Add to that two (2) of the needles/faces were not repainted, their solution was to send me paint and have me paint them. Isn’t that what I paid you guys for?
