I was referred to D &M by the people I bought my pool from and I can see why. As a new pool owner I have lots of questions and need lots of guidance. Michelle is always accessible. I text her lots of questions and she is always very responsive. When suggesting products ahead of time never tries to upsale me. She conducts business with integrity and is very knowledgeable. She will have my business as long as I am a pool owner.
Website says they open at 9 am on Wednesday. Have a problem with my hot tub that I needed water tested (they are pool/spa according to website). Drove 20 minutes to get there only to find a note on the door "closed for the season" and gave a number to call if needing help.
