They never returned my calls
They charged $1000 to pump a septic tank. Was there less than 15 minutes. After telling them I was going to get the law involved he dropped it to $500. Found out Rose Septic in Lee’s Summit would only charge $375. Very deceitful business. Call Rose
Awful company, horrible service/owner. Will report you to collection agencies even if you paid. Would be better off having a witch doctor come and sprinkle spices on your plumbing.
Plumbers came out for the scheduled appointment and left saying they needed different parts. Then for days the company cancelled appointments and ignored our phone calls. Claimed other repair jobs took precedent. After days of being ignored they finally came back out. The repair broke after a week and the plumber they sent for the repair fix claimed to be claustrophobic. What plumbing job is in a wide open space?
